Volume 5 of Delirio Clasico's Centenary Edition for "Quiroga - Un genio Sevillano" features 18' of extracts from this zarzuela, written in 1949. They don't provide any more information about it at all, apart from the track listings, but on this scanty evidence La Marquesa chulapa was a charming work in lighter style, with the orchestral Prelude and Rigodón in the Maestro's most winning style.
