La Fundación de la Zarzuela
Española
The Zarzuela Foundation helps sponsor
productions, and offers its members two stylishly-produced and illustrated
magazine issues per year, plus the ability to purchase handsome graphic volumes
covering the works themselves, creators, performers, and books about theatres -
notably Emilio Carretero's three-volume history of the Teatro de la Zarzuela.
However, the current management is focussed on past glories rather than the
future of the genre; nor is it active in attracting or maintaining memberships
for aficionados outside Spain.Contact details here
